What the concierge can help with

  • Answer common questions about plans, usage, and features.
  • Help you find the right documentation or community threads.
  • Draft incident summaries or runbook outlines based on your prompts.

What it cannot do

The concierge assistant does not have direct access to your production systems and cannot run commands in your environment. It also should not be used to share passwords, secrets, or regulated personal data. For sensitive changes, work directly with TG2G SREs via incidents and agreed change processes.
