Tech Guys 2 Go offers two main ways to engage with our SRE team: - **Subscription plans** – a predictable monthly fee that covers a defined scope of services. - **Pay-as-you-go minutes** – flexible access billed solely on engineer time consumed.

How minutes are counted

• Minutes include time spent triaging incidents, executing runbooks, and coordinating with your team.
• We log work to your organization and include a summary with each invoice.
• You can see recent work logs in the portal under **Reports → Work log** if enabled for your account.
